The Theatre Project

Welcome to The Theatre Project.
By participating in our productions, workshops, auditions, rehearsals, or events, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
Please read them carefully.
1. Participation
Participation in any project, production, or event is subject to acceptance and approval by The Theatre Project.
All participants must complete and sign necessary registration forms, agreements, and NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) before involvement begins.Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign on their behalf.
2. Behavior and Conduct
Participants must behave respectfully toward all staff, fellow performers, creatives, audiences, and venues at all times.
Bullying, harassment, discrimination, or any unsafe behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the project.Participants must comply with all health and safety instructions and venue rules.
3. Attendance and Punctuality
Participants are expected to attend all scheduled rehearsals, performances, and meetings unless otherwise agreed with the production team.Frequent unexcused absences or lateness may result in removal from a role or project.
4. Copyright and Creative Work
All original scripts, performances, recordings, promotional content, and creative materials produced through The Theatre Project are the sole property of The Theatre Project.
Participants will be given public credit for their contributions (e.g., Writer, Actor, Music Composer, etc.) but ownership remains with the company.
Participants may not copy, share, adapt, or publicly use any materials created during the project without written permission from The Theatre Project.
5. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)All participants must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before accessing scripts, production plans, or confidential materials.
Participants agree not to share, distribute, or publish confidential or creative information without written permission.
6. Insurance and LiabilityThe Theatre Project holds public liability insurance covering official rehearsals, performances, and events.Participants engage in activities at their own risk and must take reasonable care during all activities.
The Theatre Project is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
7. Accessibility
We are committed to making reasonable adjustments to accommodate participants with disabilities.
Participants requiring accessibility support should notify us as early as possible so accommodations can be arranged.
8. Changes and Cancellations
The Theatre Project reserves the right to modify rehearsal schedules, casting, venue arrangements, or project details if necessary.We will provide as much notice as possible in the event of any changes.
9. Agreement
By participating in any activity organised by The Theatre Project, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
