Contributor Credits

While The Theatre Project  holds the copyright to all production materials, we proudly give full credit to all contributors — including writers, actors, directors, designers, and composers —in programs, promotional materials, and official communications.

 

We value and celebrate the creative contributions of every participant.

 

No part of any production may be reproduced, distributed, or publicly performed without written permission from The Theatre Project

Participants who wish to use excerpts or recordings (e.g., for showreels or portfolios) must request permission in writing.

 

4. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

 

All contributors must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before participating.

The NDA protects:

- Scripts and creative materials.

- Production plans and internal communications.

- Casting, rehearsal, and performance details.

- Signing the NDA is mandatory for participation.

- No confidential or creative information may be shared without express written permission from The Theatre Project

 

5. Insurance and Liability

- The Theatre Project carries public liability insurance covering official rehearsals, performances, and events.

- Participants agree to:Take reasonable care during all activities.

- Follow safety instructions and venue rules.

- Participants are responsible for their own personal property (e.g., costumes, props, equipment).

 

[The Theatre Project ] is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

 

By participating, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with theatrical activities and voluntarily assume all such risks.

 

If a participant is a minor, a parent or legal guardian must sign a separate waiver.

- Request access to your personal information.

- Update or correct your information.

- Request removal of your information from our records.
