General
- 01The Creative Project Productions operates on a collaborative copyright model. All contributors are credited for their work, and both the creator and The Creative Project Productions retain rights to the project. This means the original creator maintains authorship and recognition for their contribution, while The Creative Project Productions holds shared rights to use, promote, distribute, and present the work as part of the collaboration. Full copyright and usage terms are confirmed in writing before the project begins to ensure clarity and fairness for all parties involved.
- 02Payment arrangements are agreed before each project begins and confirmed within a written agreement. Timelines may vary depending on the type of production and funding structure. For commissioned projects, payment is usually made in stages, such as a deposit, production payment, and final payment upon completion. For collaborative or development projects, payment may be linked to funding, distribution, or agreed revenue share. All collaborators will be informed clearly of payment terms prior to starting work.
- 03Getting started with Creative Project Productions is simple. Begin by contacting us with your idea, project proposal, or creative interest. You do not need a finished project — concepts, early ideas, scripts, music demos, showreels, or collaboration enquiries are all welcome. After your enquiry is received, we will arrange an initial meeting to discuss your project, creative vision, and collaboration possibilities. This meeting allows us to understand your goals and explore how we can work together. If both parties agree to proceed, project details, roles, and rights will be confirmed before development or production begins. To get started, contact us and we will arrange a meeting to discuss your project.
